Question CAI, Header + Exhaust install order

Is there any install order that should be taken when installing these products? Should the CAI be installed first, then the header and then the exhaust or does it not matter at all?

um why not do it all at the same time?... if not then i would do the cai first and probably the header and exhaust at the same time seeing that you would have to do the same stuff over again and seeing how they are connected it would just be easier.

Doesn't matter. So are you going to pay some monkey to install that crap or will you let this monkey do it for free?

The products are all going to arrive together, so I had planned on installing them all at the same time, but just wanted to know if there was an "order" to do so.

J; The products should be here next week, so if you want to install them for free, then that would be cool . When they do arrive, I will notify you and see if you're free anytime to do it. Otherwise, some monkey will have to do it.

The only thing we'd need is a good place to do it. I'm not going to do it outside and freeze my nuts off for your car!

How about in the backseat? - lol.

That's a good question though. My garage isn't big enough for anything. Get your automotive buddies to let us borrow a garage with all the fixings!

Wish I knew someone. If you can hold off till the weather gets better I'm sure we could use someones driveway. If you can't wait you might as well get someone to do it for ya. Exotic Motoring (or something like that) looks pretty good. I'll have Dom drum up the number for ya if you don't know where it is.

Yep, I know where Exotic Motoring is.

I don't think it's going to get any warmer this or next month -.. I know that once I get the products, they will be on the car the next day - .. I'll let you know what happens, if anything, when I get them.

Thanks for the offer though J - appreciated! Maybe you can shave my bumpstops

How about Wax?

You mentioned how you were on the lowest setting on the TEIN's J .. if I wanted to lower it to the lowest setting, would I "HAVE" to shave the bumpstops? I do want to go 1.9" for Spring.

Go 1.9" now if that's what you want. The difference, look wise, is subtle and it's a pain in the arse to change the height. You don't have to cut the bumpstops but it's highly recommended.

Well recommend this (_)_)!

Alright .. what is the "recommended" street dampening setting I should be at when I lower to 1.9... (last question, I promise) .

It's really personal preference. You should fart around with it to get the settings you like, since it's pretty easy to change the shock settings.
