Angry just rebuilt my motor now won't start and I have no juice

ok I just got my motor back form a rebuild and got everything put back together. heres the problem, I went to start the car for the first time and the car cranked once, then I lost ALL power it was like the bat was dead, but I hooked up a volt meter to it and I had full power. the only thing I can think of is maybe I fried the E.C.U. any help or sugestions would be greatly appricated.

did you try to hook up and battery charger and start the vehicle... just because you have 12.6 volts doesn't mean the battery is good... try and jump the starter with a remote starter....GOOD LUCK!!
