need help with programing remotes controls

i follow all the steps but when i get to the step 7 the car chimes and all that but in the part that in 7sec. the car chimes again it dosent do that

when you open the door the key must be in the lock cyllinder in the acc form ?

I have tried all these steps with no success... does anyone have any ideas?
