exhaust for a wrx

Hello, I am looking at exhaust for a 02 wrx and am have some trouble. I am not have trouble finding them, the trouble is picking one out. Right now i am looking at the Perrin Dual tip cat-back exhaust. It sounds really good and along with that purchase i am getting a Helix downpipe and HKS SSQV BOV. I have a friend with a 03 wrx with a Blitz Nur-Spec cat back, HKS SSQV BOV, and a Helix downpipe. His sounds really good, but i dont want his exhaust. I like the Invidia cat-back but i love the Perrin. Is Perrin a good buy, along with the downpipe and BOV?
