Post '67 console shifter

Im restoring my 67 camaro, but I dont want to use the stock automatic shifter, do any of you know of a aftermarket conversion kit that maybe B&M makes or a similar company. Ive got the whole center console in the way so I need something that will fit in nicely in the space thats already there.

I doubt there is a shifter to replace the console. You have the horseshoe shifter right? I have a 73 Camaro and both Hurst and B&M have both universal and console shifters for my car. I don't believe though that they have a replacement for the one in the 1st gens. You may need to look into a universal shifter. However, to put one of those in you need to remove the console and mount the shifter to the floor. Let me know if otherwise.

Re: '67 console shifter

I have never seen a 73 camaro with horseshoe shifter. The horse shoe shifter, I thought, was only in 67-72 camaros. I have that stupid looking tulip shifter.
