Hello everyone,my ?? is what to use.Iam building a 69 327,30 over.flat top pistons with double hump heads (2:02)s.I need an intake and cam.I don't want the motor running rough because of cam size but still want GO.I don't know if I should use a single or duel plane intake.Carb not determined yet but could be from 600 cfm up.I see Victor Jr intakes are popular is this a good choice.Any help would be app. Thanks Sandy

Re: intake/cam ??

Dual plane is definetely the way to go. The best compromise is Edelbrock's Performer RPM Air Gap manifold. When you order the cam talk to the tech line and let them know what you want and they will tell you what you should buy. I recently installed a new cam into my 350. They give you a little questionaire asking you about your car. There I included what intake I planned on using. I use a dual plane from Weiand. I use that manifold cause it fits under my hood without too much hassle. I have a 73 Camaro and I don't have much room. Good luck.
