Ses
Whats up fellas
I have a friend with a 2001 pathfinder. The ses light just recently came on. We took it to the local autozone and the computer pulled some sort of code that said something about the air/fuel ratio. Can't remember the code#. Put a new fuel filter on, it was clogged pretty good, but didn't clear the ses light. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks |

You need the actual code, I'm betting it's the intake valve timing sensor that is common on the 2001. Any code over P1000 is manufacturer specific but Autozone just gives you the generic code, see if you can get the actual code number and post back.

I agree. I also have a 2001. Recently had code P1140 come up. Intake timing sensor. $85. at the dealer. Unplug, unscrew and replace. You will probably need the code tool to reset. |
