I was jus wondern, does a bog stock Nissan Skyline R32 GTS-4
need a turbo timer, or nah, it doesnt need 1?
Also, standard, does it hav a stock turbo timer; if so, where is
it located?

Do they need a turbo timer?

Depends on who you talk to, some say that the best turbo timer is the driver themselves. If you take time and let the engine have a chance to cool a bit whilst driving slowly then there is no need for one.
