These Rims are getting on my last nerve!!!!

Hello!!!!!
I had a 93' Honda Accord and I put 17" Pinnacle Mantis rims on it with Yokohoma tires.I traded that car in and now I have a 2001 Honda Accord and I put the same rims on it.I got my Tires Balanced at Sears and got an alignment. My Rotors were warped and Honda told me that the reason was because my rims weren't put on tight enough. Is this true?Secondly now that I let them do the rotor work now my brakes sound like they are scrubbing and my car is shaking like crazy at like 50 to 60 miles per hour and I feel a vibration when i brake can anyone help me because I'm at the point of just getting rid of these rims because I didn't have all these problems before they were put on.PLEASE HELP I'M BEGGIN!!!!!!Is there something else I am suppose to put on besides just putting the rims on the car?Is there like an adapter or spacer I'm suppose to use?

I have to be honest I'm not very famillar with how the rotors are set up on the accord but the last car i changed thhe rotors on were held on by the lung nuts. not tightening them probly caused the uneven wear but i would presume that you would have notice the car shake like crazy if the rims were not on tight.

hi this is me agin. i also know that if the car is shaking while braking it may be because the berrings are worn. It takes a ling time for the berring to wear on a newer car like yours but if the rims wernt securley fassend it could have messed them up to. But I'm not really positive it just a theory.

If you are on the highway and it's shaking it's something in the wheels/tires. If you are on the brakes and it's shaking the rotors are warped.
