The sleeker and emotion inspiring lines of the 360, or the heritage and absolute beauty of the 911 Turbo?

Exclamation TURBO all the way!

The answer is simple for me: once I sat behind the wheel of a car with forced induction, natural aspiration would from that moment on never cut it for me again. But... I guess.. if you gave me the keys to a shiny new Modena, and said "she's all yours" ...I guess, that reluctantly, I would drive her a little.

You picking up on my sarcasm?

Okay, here it is:

I am saying that I am a BIG fan of forced induction (i.e. supercharging and turbocharging- -don't know about nitrous, which is technically forced induction too). Therefore, based just about solely on that fact, I would take the Porcshe. BUT, the route of my sarcasm is that if I was given a 360, I sure as Hell wouldn't turn my back on it just because it does not have forced induction (i.e. naturally-aspirated). It is one of the, if not the premier production sports car in the world we live in.

So while I do love FI, I wouldn't turn down a Modena because it is NA. Got it now?

360, not even a decision to be made. I'm know the performance of the 911 Turbo, but I just find most Porsche's hideous. I'll take the slight loss in speed for beauty.

Oh, I assume we are talking about the 996?

Well, by your sig, I coulda guessed that anyway

Yes the 996 all the way, I love the earlier models too but the new headlights are just much more sexy to me, as well as the windsheild finally being smoothed out

Personally I have to say, I've followed both many-a mile on the highway (never been for a ride in either) but I also love turbos (spent more than a little money on my turbo ) and am just in awe of the Porsche styling. The 360 is sleeker, and gives me a high as well, but the Porsche just has something about it..

Oh yeah, and sending it to RUF for bigger turbos and intercoolers sounds like fun too

360. I really don't like the looks of the newer 996, its ugly(IMO), although if it was a 993 TT, it might be a tad harder to decide.Plus, the 360 is a Ferrari, enough said.

Both are great cars but me being a porsche fan I would have to go with the Turbo. The Turbo has better alittle performance. It handles better then the Ferrari and IMO it looks better. The Turbo has understeer which I hate but when you punch it hard it turns to oversteer I don't know about the ferrari it has oversteer since it is RWD and the that ferrari love to have that. I have to pick the 996 Turbo overall.

The 996 Turbo may perform better, but you simply can't beat the quality, engine noise, and styling of a Ferrrari. Porsches are nice, but still have that factory-made look to them for some reason. I'd rather have an F1 over a Tiptronic transmission anyways.

Initially I'd say that I'd take a manual over any sort of automatic (including the tiptronic), but I've read such wonderful things about the paddle shift in the Ferrari that I'd just have to try it.

Look at my name...Look at my sig....this isn't a question for me.

I'm a diehard shifter fan, but what I'd really want is a very short throw shifter up close to the steering wheel, just like in the Carrera GT
