Buying tuned A4

I don't know if i should get this car or not. Please help me.. this car is an Audi A4 1.8T Q. it has around 25,000 miles on and its year 2003. it comes with all the option you can imagine except power seats. and also comes with body kit, mufler, 19inches BBS rims, and front Rembo breaks. selling price is 23,000. do you think is worth it??

holy crap, thats an awesome deal, even without the mods, that'd be a fine deal. I say go for it.
