Re: radio swap
Are you swapping a factory radio ? Or is this an aftermarket one ? Most manuals ie. chiltons, haynes, etc. will have a radio schematic in the back

It is a factory radio out of a 03. This one has at least 30 pins on the two connectors. the one out of the 97 had six or eight Last edited by nvhbob; 12-06-2004 at 12:12 PM. |

Re: radio swap
you can try looking here.http://www.streetdreams.com/wires/ I have a 96 with a tape deck, and had a 2000 with a CD Player but it recently got rolled. I took the CD Player out of my 2000 and tried to put it in my 96 but couldnt get it to work, switch has power and all but it just doesnt work and I checked it out before I took it to make sure that it still worked and it did in the 00 but when I hooked it up in my 96 it doesnt show any power or turn on or anything, put my tape deck back in and now it doesnt work either.? I have no clue as to what I did wrong does any one have some suggestions? Has power on the power lead but doesnt cut on, the fuses are good. ...HELP... They are both factory.
