03 Cobra vs. 00 LS1 Formula vs. MKIV Supra

This isn't a bad street racing video so I thought I'd share it. Also, I'm not going to spoil anything for anybody but I'm curious about what you guys think. 1st place is well known but my friends are still debating about who came in 2nd. We don't know because it looks very close.

Looks to me like the LS1 was bringing up the rear, in this case. Cool race, but really short, I think the Firebird could've caught up to the leader had it been a full 1/4 mile.

It looks like the TransAm was in 2nd as he passed the camera guy. But the other car, got past him just afterwards.


I'd give it to the TransAm.

I'd say the Supra took second just barely.

Although that's a cool race, that is a bad camera angle. It looked like the Cobra was actually gaining on the Supra, and the Firebird fell short. I'm surprised the Supra wasn't pulling like a freight train away from them with that overgrown hairdryer.

Not that im a ford vs. chevy guy, or American Vs. Import....but i Love watching a cobra/mustang win a race. Even though if I had the money I would take a TA/Supra anyday...

I am aiming to buy a Mustang GT....but I would take a Transam or Supra anyday over it. I didnt mean a Transam over a supra.

Haha he just started to spool at the end of the race thats why, I'd say if this had been from a roll we'd all know the outcome of this.

Good Movie

As Amish mentioned that Supra was pulling like a freighttrain at the end. If you slow the vid the Cobra had 1 car on the TA, and the TA had a fender on the Supra at the camera's location. The Cobra hit the breaks right before the Supra pulled past him.

Cause races only count if the start from a roll right and end at 120+mph? LoL
