Unhappy Help with Code 35

[color=black] I have a 90' Cutlass Supreme with 3.1 MFI V6 and i pull up a code 35. which in my manual says Idle Speed Control Circuit. So there is something wrong with it. What is the name of that part cuz i would like to fix it. Idle Speed Control Circuit doesnt come up in the index so i was wondering if it had a different name for the part. I think its the last thing i need to replace to make it stop stalling. Please help me[COLOR]

Sounds to me like you uped the idle on it. If you turn in the idle screw then the motor cannot make itself slow down and will return that code. Of course it could be something else, only you know if the idle was messed with.

Re: Help with Code 35

I don't know about the 3.1 but the 3.4 engine has a idle air control solenoid that can be replaced. This little item, the size of 1/2 your thumb is about $50.
