Octane Boosters and 89 or 93 octane gas
I was wondering if anybody ever tried using those octane and engine booster pills. Do they really work? And I've been putting in 87 octane in my runner I got it, will it affect it if I put in 89 or 93, and which is the best to use? Does anybody know the MPG for a 97'.

For the fuel economy check www.fueleconomy.gov
As far as octane you don't need to run more than the manufacturer recommends. It will improve power if you run higher octane, especially if you are carrying a heavy load or in really hot weather. |

If you really need a higher octane gas, using it will also increase your fuel economy.
