what are we talkin bout? the dog going to the bathroom? that's not funny, i see my dog pee on the bush's all the time, i guess the novelty has worn off for me. that's one hell of a nice house though.

not for a house like that. that's a $400,000-$500,000 piece of preoperty right there. probably more. My parents bought our house (a modest raised ranch) for $27,000 in 1972, it was recently appraised for more than 10x that amount.
