brake kits

Anyone know where i can get a kit to convert the rear drums to disk brakes for a 01 cavy 2.2l 4 door? I want to get rims, and in my personal opinion i think disc brakes look better behind the rim than drums.

Thanks...a lil more expensive too. Would it be cheaper to buy the parts individually? and if so what all would i need?
