A good source of information on the web is a ALLDATA.com
This site is basically a haynes manual on the web but has more indepth wiring diagrams, every technical service bulletin for your year vehicle and for a few things even has step by step troubleshooting tips.

another good site is the autozone web site. under the customer service section there is a troubleshooter that will ask you a few questions about your car and give you a list of the items that may cause wjatever symptoms you're having. this site is not as good as the alldata site but is sometimes helpful in pointing you in the right direction.
