Ground Controls on AGXs

Does anyone kno if this set up is a good one? Right now i have arospeed on AGXs on my 90 accord and they suck! I think the arospeed coilover spring rates are too stiff and make my ride too bouncy. I think it might be rated at like 500 in/lbs front and 400 in.lbs back. I wanted to get Ground Controls b/c i hear their spring rates are a little bit lighter. Im assuming like 360 front and 260 rear. By the way does anyone kno what the spring rates are for GC coilovers for a 90 accord? I would like to have a non bouncy ride like how i do now. If the GC give a pretty bouncy ride then i might just go with the Tein S techs which have a spring rate of like 270 front and 170 rear or something like that.
