Clutch trouble

howdy eveyrone, this is my first balzer and the first time i have ever worked on a manual transmisison vehicle...

ok heres the problem.. it shift's real hard 80% of the time and grinds going in to 4th and R. it started doing this last night so now it's parked in the garage and not moveing till this gets fixed..... Any info on where i should start will help, i picked up a haynes tonight btw just let me know what im looking for... Thanks in advance
