clarifying banning

ok,
just to clarify all the crap ive made, here:


1. i was not 10. i am now 13 so i am officially alowed to talk in this forum but i will no longer because clearly all the mods hate me.

2. no-one even noticed that i was 12 and they all thought i was an adult because i am a lot more mature than everyone thinks. actually, whenever anyone found out i was young thats when they started thinking i was imature. so really its alright to talk because people actually liked talking to me.

It's not a case so much of maturity, it is a case of we have to follow the line of the law, that being that if you're under 13 we can't allow you to be a member.

If you were banned because of your age though and are now old enough to return to the forum, that's a different matter altogether.

Why?
Had you read the user agreement, you would have known you could not legally have been a member, it clearly states it in the AF User Guidelines you agreed to adhere to when you signed up.

As it is, you are lucky to have been allowed back, especially since I doubt you've bothered to read the guidelines, yet.
