dropping my car

on monday i will be dropping my hatch and i was wondering whats the average price for a car to be dropped cuz i dont wanna get jerked. i asked one shop so far and was told $160, is that good or too much?

and also is anyone selling some ls rims?

i was just gonna post somthing simular to this post because i just bought some lowering sorings too. i was gonna ask what is the easiest way to lower the car your self?
btw how low are you dropping your car??

rent spring compressers from pepboys, its free!!!!!! do it yourself!

dont need a spring compressor, I own two and hardly ever use them. Just put the whole assembly on the floor and put your knee on it when you unbolt it.

is it important to get a camber kit as well, if so whats a good brand?

yes, without a camber kit you will eat up tires, handleing will suck, and you will look like a jackhole

Engles makes a good kit, PM GTA, I think he has a kit for sale. To correct the rear camber all you need is some washers and bolts. Let me see if I can find the how-to....

http://home.earthlink.net/~civicex95/rearcamber.html here you go, rule of thumb, 1 washer for every inch lowered. Also go grade 8 bolts/nuts... dont skimp on these.
