Update, Clicking Noise Upfront
An update to the "crackling Noise up Front. There was crackling noise up front when the van was rocked back and forth or when the van crossed over uneven roadway. After replacing the Sway bar links the noise was still there. I went to a dodge dealer and had him look at it. He Told me it was the sway bar bushings which are two $8 rubber pieces. I replaced them within an hour and guess what I found my cracklin Gremlin.... It stopped the noise. Easy, cheap fix. Thanks Guys for your suggestions

Glad to hear you found the noise. For me it's extremely aggrivating to have a rattly noisy vehicle, but the irritation increases when I cant figure out where the damn noise is coming from.
