I'm goin' in!!! (into my transmission, that is!)

Saturday, I will dive into my E4OD. I will seek to change the accumulator springs, and something called a boost valve. This to hopefully address a hard 1-2 shift.

Anybody care to tell me what is going to bite me on the butt?

Jonny

The accumulator trimmers are known to stick, they are the smaller "valves" under the pistons. Unlike the AODE/4R70W models, the E4OD/4R100 accumulators are horizontal and not vertical.
