My 94 Del Sol Si SOHC.. has this slight problem when I take my foot off the gas pedal.. after I try to press it again, it kinda sticks a bit.. requiring to put a little bit more pressure than usual to engage it. Once it's pressed the car surges for a second till , than I get back the ususal pedal pressure... Has anyone ever encountered this problem????

Re: Gas pedal sticking slightly... any ideas why???
check yer throttle body - may be some corrosion or dirt in the flapper valve inside.
