Smile Hey This would be a good , but rare drift car...right?

Hey,

If you guys (and girls) could, please let me know, if this is good for drift:

85-86 Celica Supra, lightweight, nice amount of power not too big, good
ratios, can make a lot of mods (probably going to need to seeing how old it is).
hatchback, uncommon, ummmm, if you ppl know more please share your wealth! lol.
And I am trying to find the specs but, it has become quite hard to find them all together or without modifications to the car.

alright, well, I thank you all, later ^_-

Question Yeah, but why?, lol

Hey,

Yeah I know, not all FR cars are great for drift but is this one?, man I can't find Sh!t for specs on this thing, and I need to know if this would be a good drift car, cause well I might buy one since, not alot of ppl in my area have one, and they are inexpensive, lightweight, and a good amount of power (which wll be upgraded ^_^).

But, yeah those are all the things I have been hearing from different sites but none of them post the specs, which annoys me because all these different ppl could jus be saying what they heard and not the real specs.

Alright, if any of ya could help me out, that'd be cool, thanks, later.

That's because V6 mustangs suck.... in my own opinion of course.

but speaking of drifting, I've been meaning to try out my 84 GT liftback for a while... just haven't had the chance to. Anyone know how well it would do?

also, does anyone have the HP and torque numbers for the 1984 GT? it's got the 2.4 4-cylinder

Re: Hey This would be a good , but rare drift car...right?

The 3S-GE will only make 200 hp if it's turbocharged, which would actually make it a 3S-GTE.

hahahaha they stopped making 3sgte's in 93 in america, 96 in europe and 98 in japan.... and none of them had vvti or vvtl-i and they only came in 190Hp, 200Hp(only rwd 3sgte, in mr2's), 225Hp, (jdm 2nd gen) and 260HP(3rd gen)

actually the 3sgte still came in the usdm mr2 until 1995

the mr2 was produced until 1999 in japan so i kno they had some 3sgte's then but i think that they still use a 3sgte in the current turboed caldinas which would mean they still produce them

anyways he never said 3sgte either... he said 3sge so im assuming that hes talking about the red top beams 3sge that came in 1998 - 1999 n'a mr2s which produced 210hp with single vvt-i (unlike the rs200's black top dual vvt-i)

as for the generations
2nd 225hp
3rd 245
then i kno there was one which did have 260 but it was not the 3rd it came afterwards ill look it back up later
