Truck making jerking motion

Today while I was driving, my truck made a big jerk and the service engine light came on. It jerked a couple more times, mainly as I took off from a stop light. Could anyone tell me what could cause this?

You have to go to Autozone and see what the code said. That will help us so we don't all just start guessing. But I'll guess anyways and say its something like a spark plug, coil, ignition control module. LOL
