drunks in lancers suck
turns out i still have yet to recieve any cash from the insurance people... i'm paying out of pocket right now for parts on the j30 (restoring it myself thank you very much... they estimated the damage to be 5k .... i can do it for 1k.
that's 4k i'll have left afterthis is over with to fool with. but... they did put me in a rental... don't know for how long, but i'm sporting the all powerful... wait for it.... 99 corolla! shit shoot me.

oh just to let everyone know...
this is what they did on the estimate "replace front door and passenger door (can be banged out on pass door)" "replace fender and front bumper" "take out side bangs (not from this accident, but they will still pay for it, as well as the rear fender and taillight... undamaged from the accident, but due to previous idiot owner's baseball bat) "replace hood and sidelight" "pull out main front grille" (can be done by myself enough to rig it into place for bumper) "clean all bumps and dings" "paint job" 5,259.58 for me to do... 956.25

no, with insurance they got the estimate from their adjusters, as did the other guy's insurance... from what i've heard, his car got it worse than mine, but from the call i got back today it seems like i'll be in the right on this one.
