Tranny problem i think?

Ok so when i shift my car kind of shakes a bit even when i do a good shift it shakes and when i put it like in 2nd gear drive it until i get up to like 3000 rpms then let go of both the clutch and the gas and basicly coast it as soon as i let go of the gas the car kind of jerks but like not alot just a little bit could this be my clutch or what?

i have the same prob i think. im going to check my motor and tranny mounts
