It seems when i start my eclipse it floods out. If it cranks right up it seems to be OK, other than a engine surge occasionally. I've bench tested the MAP and TPS sensors and both seem to be good. Seems the 95 has the regulator built into the fuel rail. Should I replace the entire assembly or is there some type of after market retro-fit regulator available?
