HELP!!! Cars not working!!

Hey, i was driving along a windy two lane road, it was raining pretty heavily.... There were maybe two foot high water spays coming from my tires... I was in forth going about 35 and all of a sudden it just died... When it did the dash lights looked like they would if you stall a car... I tried the car several times for the next 45 mins... There car did not come to a sudden jolt when it happened so i dont think its hydrolocked? Think the electrical is just wet and it will start in the morning?
