removing a steering wheel
i was wondering if anyone knows how to get the steering wheel off of a old camaro.(1974) I know autozone has that tool thing the does what i need, but they dont have one at the time, can anyone help me out if you know a way to do it yourself w/o that tool?

i was able to pull mines right off you just have to shake the shit out of it but it will come out, you could always go get that steering wheel puller, but its a waste of $$$ just put your back into it and you'll pull that wheel off

is there a spring that pops? i heard that its like a valve spring and it could take your teeth out if she pops. i dont know, i never did this , i feel like a dumb ass.

how is it a waste of money? they dont charge you for using it. well i got mine from checkers. you put a deposite down and when ur done u get ur money back.

cause at checkers they take 20 bucks and u get it when u come back..unless u break something or ur late on returning it
