Question help!!!!!

The top pulley on timming belt dont turn,the belt still on;can take cover to see for sure.Ranger just cranks but wont start,already change a lot new parts because couldnt find was wrong.Was running perfect before that,didnt make any noise,just die on me and wont start,please someone help

Does the engine sound like it's cranking faster than normal? Then theTiming belt is broke but still hung up on the (cam) top pulley. Or possibly skipped a few teeth. Either way it sounds like it needs to be replaced

IT sounds faster,butcould the timming belt be stuck?because i try to pulled by hand and its hard.

If your motor cranks during start procedure and the top timing belt pulley (camshaft) doesn't turn, then your timing belt is broken (or the teeth are stripped) for sure. The cause for it breaking could be a different problem, but the belt will need to be changed anyway.
