89 digital dash
I just got this 89 s10 4x4, it has the digital dash everything lights up but the odemeter, i was told the truck has 160K miles, but know way of knowing since the odemeter doesn't light up.
like I siad all other gauges work fine they are all are showing is that a fuze? digital dash component? does the computer display mileage, so if it's a fuze will the mileage be displayed, can't believe it's a fuze when tha's the only thing that doesn't light up. but hey i'm open to any suggestions thanks Mick

We had this problem on our 93 Jimmy. It started with the odometer fading in and out then moved to the speedometer. We replaced the power supply module and it works great. Found the module on ebay from "digitaldashrepairs". The module was $29 and required doing some soldering and an afternoon.
