F/S HID's****SOLD****

If anyone is interested, I have a set of HID's. from a BMW 323ci. A friend of mine crashed car and before the insurance company could pick it up, he took them out for me. Of course the bulb doesn't fit my car. But it is a simple plug-n-play. Since I don't need them, I'll sell them for $250. All that's included are two (2) balasts and two (2) bulbs. Both work, but, if you don't have a bmw, audi, or VW, or aftermarket projectors, you'll have to customize/convert the bulb to fit your ride. PM me if you're interested

I don't know how much of an expert you are on this--maybe someone else reading can help me.

I have a 1990 535i (E34) with the standard ellipsoid headlights. $250 is such a good price for a set of HID's that I have to ask--you say plug and play--might these fit my admittedly much older design?

Honestly speaking. I don't know.

I think your car takes a 9006 (low Beam) bulb. But I'm not sure.

Probably contact a BMW dealer and ask a service technician

I know for a fact that my car has 9006 bulbs for low beams and 9005 bulbs for high beams. I think those sizes are universal for any car that requires them (I believe my Acura used the same system).

If your HID unit works for 9006 bulbs (I'm assuming you have low beams only), I should be set.

I'm sort of in a bad way right now financially (bills, college tuition, etc.), but $200 for a set of HID's is a deal I might not be able to pass up!

You're right, I ought to talk to a BMW dealer directly, however.

Ahem......$250

But definitely check with a BMW dealer before purchasing. Because as you know....All sales are final

Sorry. It was an honest mistake.

I'll ask my mechanic what he thinks on Thursday, and also talk to a dealer. I'll let you know. In the meantime, if you find someone else, no problem.
