92 Lesabre-need Some Good Advice!

Hello. I posted yesterday that my dash lights would not come one, and my husband had found the problem, a fuse was blown. So we put a new fuse in and problem solved, right?...wrong.... This morning another fuse blew (hazards). Okay, so there must be a short somewhere, but how do we find it? I do not have money to take it to a specialist, so any help you can provide me and my husband is so greatly appreciated, you will never know!

Here's a potential simple solution to the blown fuse - check for something (like coins) that fell into the ashtray and is horting out the burner element.
Worked for me - a free fix. Hopefully it's not a more expensive wiring short.
