1991 Talon with GSX engine

I'm looking at buying a 1991 Talon with a
95 Eclipse GSX engine. The Talon has
120000 miles on it the GSX engine have
about 56k on it. The Car has some
scratch on the out side, no ac, weak
battery due to been park for a long time,
inside roof(cloth) need to be replace. The
owner have another 91 Talon for parts
and said I can come down anytime I want
and took those parts for free. I drove the
car, in fifth gear the rpm hit 2500. At 1st
gear Turbo kick in at around 3000rpm.
The car idle around 500-1000rpm. The
boost meter idle around -7. The turbo
react(spin) a little slow, turbo time might
be of by a few seconds. The engine look
very clean, new clutch, new flywheel,
brake pads still look good. The tire look
pretty good shape, America Racing Rims.
Factory cassette/radio. What's a good
price for this car?

Re: 1991 Talon with GSX engine

yea the 7 bolt (95 turbo engine) doesn't have as much potential as the 6 bolt (1st gen) engine ....u ever notice that 2g's convert their to 6 bolts?
p.s. technically its the same engine (4g63t) but the 6 blot can have the same 210 and the 7 bolt with a inexpensive mbc...i have 215-220 with that
