'89 free as gift

A friend just gave me an '89 LC, free. Of course, it does need some dollars poured into it.
At least one air strut is bad. It raises up a bit, but still looks pretty low, and drags on slanted driveways.

Where can I get one of those, or could I just replace the rears altogether with a standard, non-air, shock?

How can I get the keyless entry pad re-set to a factory default, and then changed to what I want? I don't know the code it is set too.

Both back parking brakes are severely locked. It drives, but doesn't release. I'll pull the back wheels off, and see if I can get the calipers to let go.

what side it the car going down is it the back are the front you can replace the air shocks with standard shocks but I personaly would not do it
I have blown my air shock's in the back and Have replaced them I have found a set at local junk yard they cost me 600.00 dollars cdn I have one front air shock if that is what you need I will sell it to you at a cheap price let me know
there is a code number for the keyless entry it is on the inside of the trunk are on the keyless entry computer which is under the back side of the trunk
