Exhaust Question :(

Im thinking about buying a 97 GSX but im not sure about some stuff heres some questions i Have, thanx 4 helping me out!

1. Is there enough trunk room for a few snowboards(I dont want thiss car if there isnt!) haha

2. What kind of exhaust should I buy? (I want the quietest type possible without sacrificing performance)

3.Is the stock sound system decent?

(u can prolly tell im new to this kind of stuff!)

I think if you fold down the rear seat you'd have room for a snowboard. As far as exhaust I like my N1 catback...quiet at idle and moderate throttle and a good loud tone a WOT. I'm not sure about the stock sound system though because I've never had the stock sytem.
For more about the different exhaust systems and such...check out www.dsmtuners.com and look at the catalog and the tuning guide, that's where I've learned the little that I know.

stock sound system isnt bad for being a stock sound system.. especially with the infinity stocks like mine had. key word had. they were great till i blew em one day.. but hey my car is 8 years old and im rough on crap so who knows. As far as exhaust i wouldnt know im one of the bold few that go were no turbo dsm goes, 17's in the quarter :P maybe i need a turbo?

I would say the stock infinity system bumps about as good as I would ever expect a stock system to do. I think 3 boards and 3 people would fit if you don't mind your passengers fighting to the death over the front seat. I don't think four boards and people will work without a rack unless you made two nice bench seats with the boards.
