What Has Honda Done To My Car!?!?

so i take my 89 crx si to honda because of a serious braking problem (fronts dont work.) They tell me my brake diaphragm has busted and my brake booster etc is shot. they also change my timing belt because the fluid has leaked onto and ruined it. . So i come back the next day and drive the car away. Only to discover IT DOESNT ACCELERATE. I floor it in 1st gear and it literally takes about 5 seconds to get to second. After second, theres no use in shifting because i cant get a far enough straightaway to get it past 5 or 6k rpms. If i shift before then, it begins to bog down. here are my mods

JR supercharger on d16 running 10 pds of boost w/ boost guage
JR fuel pump
JR fuel pressure regulator (at 34 pds) w/ pressure guage
DC headers, powercore race cat, cust. 2.5 inch exhaust
MSD Boost timing master w/ air/fuel guage.

The supercharger is working because the boost guage tells me its boosting and i can hear it. The FPR is still at 34 pds. ANOTHER THING is, the car is a LOT louder than it used to be (and i mean A LOT.)
Could this be a timing issue? if so, would it really make THIS much of an impact? i mean, i cant even make it up hills without flooring it in second now. some vacuum issue with my pedal or something?!? please help!!

Did you have your car tuned, meaning your timing adjusted w/ fuel etc. They could of changed your timing resulting in you running higher temps and leaning out? I'm not sure though, i'm just guessing.

did they forget to plug in the brake booster vacume line or something? Could also be a timing issue

take a compression test. they could have put the belt one tooth off, causing low compression which leads to low vacuum, bad power, hard brake pedal, though I could not see a dealer messing up on that...
