Unhappy dodge Van, Bad window

I have a 1988 dodge ram van, the drivers side window will not go down all of the time, so i got a replacement motor at a junk yard. the problem is the motor was rivited in the door, and we had to beat the crap out or the door to get the replacement our, how do i take the broke one out, and put the new one in w/ out destroing my door? please help!

I have an 86 van, and I removed the motor in the passanger side front door by drilling out the rivits, and using carrage bolts with nuts and lock washers to install the new motor.
