2001 sc1 idles high
my 2001 saturn sc1 idles high all the time. i check the ses codes and it has a misfire in cylinder 1. and 2 others, i changed the coil for cylinder 1 and nothing?????? how do i clean all of the other sensors and things?

also check spark plugs and wires (platium plugs on saturns can cause misfires by themselfs)
since its a SOHC, it most likey is the intake manifold gasket. they like to get sucked in to the runners. with the car running, spray some carb cleaner around the gasket, if the engine bogs down, have it replaced.
