Question about a '90 Legend Coupe Window Regulator

I have an '87 Acura Legend Coupe (LS I believe, can never remember) with a busted LH Front Window Regulator, and a '90 Acura Legend Sedan LH Front Window Regulator that my father mistakenly bid on, on ebay. I haven't taken apart the window on the Legend personally (my father did that while he had the car), but I have a general idea of how it works. I was hoping to get some input on the plausibility of using the '90 Sedan Regulator with the busted part... Perhaps swapping a particular part to another.
