1988 dodge 250 van

i have a 88 van and the headlights, dashlights, tail lights, brake lights reverse lighst dont work, all that work is the signals and hazzard lights. i cant figure it out. the fuses inside are good and i dont know anything about the fuses under the hood.

Hmmm. Could be th ewiring going to the back of the fuse box under the dash(?), or a bad ground (?).
I'm not sure that they had a fuse box under the hood in 1988????
