rockers or cam

the next mod i was looking at getting is either rockers or a cam. which is better? i need somthing that i can put in my self. i dont think i could put the cam in, but maybe with the right instructions i could. which rockers or which cam is the best. i dont want anything wild, just somthing that will give me some good whp for the money.

if you want to do it yourself i'ld suggest the rockers, a cam can be an intensive install for beginners or not that experienced individuals plus it'll require more odds and ends parts that add up.
