Compression problem

I just put a JDM H22 VTEC into my 95 Accord. One problem. I'm in Cali, and the mofo won't pass smog on account of my 10.6:1 Compression Ratio as apposed to the 10:1 USDM H22. What can I do to pass smog temporarily?

Re: Compression problem

Do you have a catalytic converter? Also try your best to reinstall your stock exhaust no matter how tiny it is. This will help.

Re: Compression problem

I don't plan to use the stock cat/exhaust permanently, but can use it temporarily. But will that pass smog or do I have to lower my compression? If so, what are some ways that I can do that temporarily? Maybe thicker head gaskets? I don't know, help me out. thanks

Re: Compression problem

Well, obviously no one knows how to answer the question. That's ok I found all the answers by myself anyway.
