Question Car keeps dying... Please help.

Sometimes when I am driving the TCS light goes on indicating that Traction Control is off. Soon thereafter ranging from 5-10 miles the car will just die. Some other symptons I have been having is the tachometer failing for no reason and when the car is restarted the problem is fixed. Sometimes when the car is started the light goes on sometimes it doesn't. Sometimes while driving it goes on. Has anybody else ever had this problem with their car? If so could you please help me out?

Thank you in advance.

ah in this case sounds like you may need a crankshaft position sensor replaced, as this has been described by others who replaced that and problem solved
