Got into Accident. Any hook-ups for repairs?

I got into a very small accident last thursday. Was going at about 10mph when I hit a Subaru WRX. His rear bumper got scratched. But my front bumper cracked and the left headlight broke out of the housing, and there is a slight dent at the mouth of the hood. Bumper, headlights and hood are misaligned.

So anyways, the question is this. Anybody knows how much it will cost to repair the whole thing? Anybody has any hook-ups? In the Los Angeles area or nearby?

I was thinking of changing those stock bumpers and hoods with some aftermarket stuff. Should I go to ViS or get them from Ebay? Will this actually be cheaper than getting OEM? And also - what options do I have to bring the costs down?
