1995 4 door, front / rear door panel removal

I need to replace the speakers, 2 are out, 1 in front and 1 in back. I get as far as having the front panel loose, but still attached somehow around the window area, I don't want to wreck the panels, how do I get them both off? could someone briefly describe the removal process?

Re: 1995 4 door, front / rear door panel removal

when i replaced mine i only replaced the front. make sure you remove the 2 screws from the inside handle. its the thing you pull to close the door. when i changed mine i had the same problem all i did was have some body bend the panel back carefully and then i changed the speakers out. how to get the rest off would be good to know. i wnat to change the back too but i haven't even tried to pull it a part.
