My Opinion on Initial D

Initial D is an awesome cartoon. The animation of drifting, the scenes of the mountain roads in japan are exactly what they look like over here. But there is a couple things wrong with this show. First, there is no plot. Second, the cartoon is horrible in English. You should just watch it in Japanese and read the subtitles. And finally, no one acts or talks like that here in japan or anywhere in the world. It's like a cartoon version of the Fast and The Furious. Cool cars and cool driving but bad acting. Well, at least i always get a good laugh out of watching it. Don't take any offense all you "Initial D fanatics". Just my opinion.

Thread locked, last thing we need is a flame fest based around *yawn* Tokyopop dubbing and Initial D's inaccuracies as a guide to Japanese culture and motorsport.
